[職務内容]

• 自動車クライアントに割り当てられたすべてのプロジェクトの主要な窓口とプロジェクトリーダーを務める。
• クライアントのステークホルダーと強力な関係を構築および維持し、ビジネス目標とマーケティング目標を理解する。
• 社内クリエイティブチーム（デザイン、コピーライティング、戦略、制作）と協力して、プロジェクトが最高水準で実行され、クライアントの期待に応えることを保証する。
• タイムライン、予算、リソース配分を含む詳細なプロジェクト計画を策定する。
• プロジェクトの範囲を管理し、潜在的なリスクを特定し、軽減戦略を実施する。
• プロジェクトの進捗状況を追跡し、予算を監視し、クライアントと社内チームの両方に定期的な状況更新を提供する。
• クライアントの会議、プレゼンテーション、フィードバックセッションを促進する。
• すべての成果物がレビュー、承認され、期限内かつ予算内で提供されることを保証する。
• プロジェクトのドキュメントとアーカイブを管理する。
• プロジェクト管理プロセスとクライアント満足度を向上させる機会を積極的に特定する。
• 業界のトレンド、特に自動車業界のトレンドを常に把握する。

[応募資格]

• マーケティング、広告、コミュニケーション、または関連分野の学士号。
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験が3年以上あること（クリエイティブエージェンシー環境での経験尚可）。
• 自動車クライアントのプロジェクト管理経験があれば尚可。
• デザイン、コピーライティング、制作を含む、クリエイティブ開発プロセスに関する深い理解。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人スキル、プレゼンテーション能力。
• 強力なクライアント関係を構築および維持する能力。
• プロジェクト管理ソフトウェア（例：Asana、Trello、Jira）の熟練した使用スキル。
• 高度に組織化され、細部まで気を配り、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力。
• 積極的な問題解決能力と前向きな姿勢。
• 自動車業界への情熱。
• 日本語と英語のバイリンガル能力

[Job Summary]

VML & Ogilvy Japan is seeking a highly organized and driven Onsite Project Manager to join our team and manage projects for a key automotive client. This role will be based onsite at the client's location in Tokyo. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of successfully delivering creative projects on time and within budget.

[Responsibilities]

• Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for all assigned projects with the automotive client.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams (design, copywriting, strategy, production) to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards and meet client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project scope, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, monitor budgets, and provide regular status updates to both the client and internal teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions.  
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project documentation and archiving.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve project management processes and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, particularly within the automotive sector.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency environment.
• Proven experience managing projects for automotive clients is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process, including design, copywriting, and production.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Bilingual proficiency (Japanese/English). /
