Full-Time Employee Role & Responsibilities -- As an Onsite Therapist you would:

  • Work full time (M-F, 8-5pm) providing in-person care 4 days per week and virtual care 1 day per week
  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, adults through individual therapy, family therapy and/or couple’s therapy
  • Assist with manager/clinical consultation requests
  • Support critical incidents as needed and when available
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Demonstrate conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate industry guidelines
  • Comply with relevant employer policies (such as workplace safety, COVID protocols, etc.)
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact
  • Develop and deliver workshops to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)
  • Participate in employer-sponsored mental health Initiatives (in collaboration with Lyra)
  • Provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders when requested

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
  • Unrestricted license in California (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy)
  • Previous experience delivering workshops, teaching, or engaging in public speaking
  • Full-time resident of the United States

  • Comfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track client progress

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g., communication and listening)
  • Grounding in cultural humility with a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIB
  • Independence, open-mindedness, a non-judgmental stance, compassion, flexibility, a good sense of humor
  • Passion for mental health concerns and service provision
  • LCSW or Psychologist preferred

The anticipated starting base salary range for the full-time Onsite Mental Health Therapist role at Lyra is $116,000 - $134,000 annually. The base salary range is determined by a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to the role, your skills, qualifications and location. 

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which may additionally include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive healthcare coverage, retirement benefits and time off with pay. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
