Join Our Team as a Process Quality Manager!
Are you passionate about quality and process improvement? We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader to take charge of our Process Quality (PQ) at the local level, making a real impact on our manufacturing network! As the go-to person for all things PQ, you’ll have the opportunity to hire, train, and guide a dynamic team of PQ Supervisors, Coordinators, and Technicians, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality across the board.
In this role, you’ll not only develop and implement cutting-edge quality controls and procedures but also collaborate with sales, marketing, vendors, and customers to provide expert support and consultation. You’ll work alongside corporate staff, contribute to product and technology innovation, and play a key role in new client product development. As the Process Quality Manager for your location, you’ll be the driving force behind standardized processes and best practices across the entire manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Collaboration:
You’ll be in constant contact with team members across our entire manufacturing network, corporate staff, clients, and vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you lead the charge in ensuring excellence at every level.
Experience:
Min 2 - 6 years of Leadership experience and 2 - 5 years of Manufacturing experience. We are looking for someone who models exceptional leadership behaviors including being results-driven, ethical, supportive, caring, passionate, accountable and collaborative.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
