- Adhere to Michigan’s Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Attend gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s’ procedures.
- Properly check and shuffle the cards in the cards’ counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs).
- Follow terms of the shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at the gaming tables.
- Follow schedule assigned when performing duties.
- Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in the gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
- Inform Pit-boss in a timely manner to replace and/or receive new cards or deck of cards for each shift.
- Evaluate and keep track on the quality and visual look of the cards.
- Assist training new shufflers if required by the management.
- Attend all educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
- Punctuality and precision.
- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Casino Employee Registration license through the MGCB
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.
