ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Online Activation, Sr. Executive. This is a Full-time based in Istanbul. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Has an understanding of new trends, channels and technologies across online activations.
- Has hands-on knowledge of ad serving systems and advertising tracking technologies.
- Being a part of the ad tech landscape and supports the testing of different ad tech products.
- Effectively identifies issues with quality and performance and proposes improvements.
- Collaborates with cross-discipline peers to develop new ways of working.
- Supports interdepartmental activities regarding updates and new processes.
- Continually identifies and implements opportunities for improvement within team processes, supporting systems, and communication channels.
- Supports automation projects, providing feedback and ideas.
- Has a understanding of ad server reporting, what views can be acquired from each metric and filter, and knows what insights the reports can provide.
- Independently takes responsibility and manages campaigns on set-ups.
- Project manages creative specification requirements and digital asset delivery, coordinating timelines and leading communications with our agency partners.
- Act in the creation of campaign creative specs and asset tracker, ensuring alignment with media plans.
- Assist in the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple Amazon businesses
- Utilize WPP Open and other cutting-edge tools to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with WPP and Amazon team members to ensure seamless campaign delivery and achieve outstanding results
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to marketing challenges
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, particularly in the areas of e-commerce and digital marketing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 2-3 years experience managing digital ad operations processes and delivery
- Experience with e-commerce marketing or digital advertising
- Understanding of standard workflows, digital marketing and performance metrics
- Experience related to advertising technologies including ad servers, dashboards, ad verification platforms, app tracking solutions
- Hands-on experience in tag management solutions for example, Google Tag Manager / Tealium / Ensighten / Adobe Launch
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Fluent level of English
- Passion for innovation and a desire to challenge industry norms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
