We are seeking a highly skilled One Delivery Business Development Manager to join our One Delivery Development Team. In this role, you will introduce and maintain service features to the portfolio of ONE (PL & CZ) services which allow for the proper functioning of the network and compete for parcels on the market.
Main responsibilities
Collaborate closely with sales and communication teams to ensure our services are competitive, delivering above-market standards.
Lead the development of new products and upgrade existing ones, working with the product team to enhance functionalities for all customers in Poland (PL) and the Czech Republic (CZ) using One by Allegro services.
Ensure that One by Allegro’s offerings meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering superior value.
Proactively innovate, define, implement, and enhance logistics services on both Polish and international markets.
Partner with the tech team to continuously develop the One product, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and market-leading.
Main Challenges:
Adapt the One app to meet the evolving needs of both customers and merchants.
Actively develop One APM’s (Automated Parcel Machines), increasing their functionality and utilization in CZ.
Define and implement a system of benefits for customers, enhancing their experience.
Efficiently manage and resolve tasks from the team backlog.

What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or network development, preferably within an e-commerce or marketplace setting.
University degree (business management, product management, project management, innovation management)
Proven background in project management/product management
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making, network optimization, and process improvement.
Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to adapt to changing environments.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in English (minimum C1) and Polish (C2/native) or Czech.
