The Challenge 

The GTM Onboarding Specialist will co-manage our GTM New Hire Onboarding Program. As the GTM Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Sales, Product, and Process Training for new hires in EMEA/APJ/LATAM Go To Market roles, encompassing both virtual and in-person training sessions.

This position is located in Madrid.

Your Mission 

  • Co-manage the GTM Onboarding program with the US/Canada GTM Onboarding Specialist.
  • Learn OneTrust products, programs, and processes.
  • Prepare guest speakers/support team.
  • Build and update lessons/trainings for online and live onboarding training sessions.
  • Present training presentations both virtual and live.
  • Grade lessons/exams in Learning Management System and provide feedback to new hires.
  • Seek feedback from department leads and suggest recommendations for improvement.
  • Create meeting checklist, facilitator guides, participant guides, “how to do” guides, and templates as needed.
  • Measure and track program success.
  • Provide program update reports to Senior Leaders.
  • Support Go-to-Market Kick Off meeting as needed.
  • Support Field Enablement team as needed.
  • Attend industry conferences and online trainings, conduct research, and make recommendations on program improvements to maximize success and scalability.
  • Problem-solve, manage conflicts, and resolve issues throughout onboarding program.
  • Coordinate new hire segments, offerings, and align specific training to specific new hire groups.
  • Readily available for any questions or issues new hires may have during the GTM Onboarding 90-Day program.

You Are 

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, communication, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience.
  • Experience and proof of delivering training for a sales organization.
  • Experience and proof of large group presentations.
  • Agile and collaborative, ready to jump in with innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Passion for training and supporting new hires.
  • Constantly seeking to improve the overall new hire “experience” and never settling for less.

Extra Awesome

  • Experience with or certified in Force Management Command of Message Methodology.
  • Experience with content development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience with Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Multi-Lingual: Spanish, German, and/or French.
  • Certified in training- or HR-related industry/market certifications.
  • Knowledge of the legal/regulatory/compliance market.
  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management.
