Onboarding Officer - MAU

  • As an Onboarding Officer you will be Responsible for documents processing and Account Approving in CRM systems by ensuring the data is correct and genuine.
  • You will be responsible for the clients’ full Onboarding journey by ensuring relevant KYC documents are in place
  • You will need to manage the Screening of the clients, running various background checks to prevent abusive activity and illicit registrations.
  • As an Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring OCR systems and Robot activity to point out unusual pattern of activity.
  • You will be responsible for the full onboarding life cycle and ensure that any issues and challenges are addressed to Senior Staff. 
  • Handle both internal and external customers' inquiries regarding onboarding process through e-mails and other internal systems and check supportive documents.
  • Responsible for coordinating with outsource service providers for smooth client onboarding.
  • You will be responsible for communication and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth transfer of information.
  • You will be Responsible for reporting to relevant Departments any suspicious activity from end users you may notice.
  • Identifying discrepancies or errors in onboarding client account verification, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of onboarding activities.
