We are currently seeking a OMS developer with strong Capital Market experience to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Building, integrating, and enhancing functionalities that enable seamless order processing, trade execution, and data management for financial services, particularly in equities, fixed income, or other asset classes.
- Develop, customize, and maintain OMS functionalities, including order entry, execution, allocation, and post-trade processing.
- Analyze user and system requirements
- Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Design and implement solutions to manage the complete trade lifecycle, from order creation to execution, allocation, and settlement.
- Implement real-time data feeds and notifications for market conditions, trade status, and order book updates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Java experience
- Experience developing, customizing, and maintain OMS (Order Management System) functionalities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail and a passion for solving complex challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset.
