About the Role: Victaulic is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Canadian Oil and Gas team, focusing on the Energy sector—specifically Upstream and Midstream. Based in Calgary, this role will require frequent travel throughout Alberta and British Columbia.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Manage the entire sales process from business development to order fulfillment and field execution.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with Frac water transfer companies, fabricators, exploration and production (E&P) companies, and project engineers.
  • Distribution Management: Oversee the commerce chain through established distribution channels and collaborate with Victaulic branch staff.
  • Forecasting & Operations: Implement strong forecasting and distribution management to ensure smooth operations within the business unit.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Focus Areas: Experience in both territory sales and business development, with a focus on Upstream and Midstream sectors.
  • Skills: Strong background in distribution management and forecasting.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Alberta and British Columbia (25-30% of the time).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Frac companies, drilling technologies, exploration, and production is preferred.

Salary: $75 – 95k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
