Join DOFs growth as our new Offshore Manager!
With numerous long-term projects secured, DOF is expanding rapidly. We are looking for more colleagues to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. We have a lot of exciting projects ahead, including a 3 year (with possible extension) Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) contract with Equinor as a client, starting offshore in the North Sea during spring 2025. Additionally, we have have a world wide fleet, offering a chance to explore diverse environments and cultures.
As our Offshore Manager you will manage all activities related to the scope of work, including mobilization and demobilization. You are responsible for the safety of all personnel under your control onboard the relevant vessel/installation, and for organizing and managing the team and effective handling of operations and emergency situations onboard.
In this role you will represent the Project Execution Department and liaise with Clients, Contractors and Subcontractor representatives as well as the Vessel Master. Your expertise will help communicate with clients about our operational capabilities and limitations.
Your commitment to safety will shine through as you regularly conduct project safety meetings, oversee safety reporting, and ensure that every team member is fulfilling their assigned roles. You will ensure daily worksite report is issued and the content of report reflects reporting requirements and operational procedures. You will also review Project HIRA’s and RA’s and endure to keep accurate records, prepare formal procedures, explain and delegate operational tasks to team and ship’s crew members.
