You will monitor and improve our wholesale operations & service performance for assigned accounts
You will take care of the onboarding of our retailers and setting all requirements in the systems
You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts as well as setting up promotions
You will constantly track the performance of our retailers and conduct regular operational, Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to external and internal stakeholders.
You will be the POC for internal teams on operations related questions
You strive for process improvements
Work with accounts to develop operational strategic plans that align with their business objectives and drive growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales/KAMs team to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
You are highly structured person and manage taking care of several account
You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
You are proactive and challenge questioning the status quo
You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environments
You strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations
You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
You have great MS/Excel Skills
Language: English + Any other European language is a plus.
