Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?
We are changing people’s perception of a bank. We believe we are the innovators who combine
customer focus principles with creating technology-based impact. We incorporate freedom and
flexibility as part of our startup working culture DNA to encourage innovation in creating better
financial solutions for the banking industry. We think of ourselves as, ‘A technology company

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategy that align with business goals and target audience
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of budget across various channels ensuring Maximum ROI
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate digital campaigns with the Performance team to ensure timeliness and target adherence
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, product development, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts for advertising and promotional needs
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of marketing materials ensuring they align with brand standards and channel needs
- Community Engagement: Foster community relationships through outreach efforts, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives to enhance local presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in offline media or a related role.
- Strong awareness of the various offline marketing channels and a solid understanding of their individual effectiveness
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
