ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Offline Activation, Sr. Executive. This is a Full-time based in Istanbul. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing all offline media planning processes for the Amazon
- Regularly monitoring and revising plans to achieve targeted goals
- Providing support to the relevant manager in all operational
- Conducting reporting processes meticulously
- Sharing acquired industry knowledge within the group by closely monitoring the competition
- Adequately utilizing all industry-specific tools, systems, and processes within the agency
- Works confidently with planning teams, clients & media partners.
- Supports all offline investment work by compiling client research, competitive data, and relevant frameworks.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the various media tactics and their typical business outcomes.
- Learns the metrics to assess the performance of products against client needs/expectations.
- Develops measures/KPI's to ensure the products continue to perform against client/agencies needs/expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Media
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media planning
- Proficient in Medplan, Adex, Instar
- Advanced data management and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Fluent level in English.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Passion for innovation and a desire to challenge industry norms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
