- Ensure the sustenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the company by confirming that all IMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained effectively.
- Assist in the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certification programs, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external ISO audits, facilitating effective communication among relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain ISO documentation, policies, and procedures to guarantee thorough documentation control.
- Conduct training sessions on ISO standards and quality audits for employees to promote awareness and adherence.
- Report and recommend corrective actions for any identified ISO compliance issues.
- Provide technical advice and support regarding ISO compliance to enhance operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale industry with successful implementation of ISO systems as an Integrated Management System.
- Qualification in Quality Management Systems or related field is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to identify hazards and assess risks accurately.
- Capability to integrate safety requirements into the decision-making process.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly in document management systems.
