The Luxembourg office forms part of an international advisory office (family office) providing tax, legal and financial services, as well as services in the field of asset and wealth management. You will

  • The Office Support Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the office and for supporting staff in a small and agile organisation.
  • This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate diary, email and travel management, prepare correspondence, documents and PowerPoint presentations; scan and file all correspondence including contracts, invoices, deposits, etc.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support
  • Undertake general office and reception duties (e.g. ensure office supplies are replenished and staff are adequately supported in their day-to-day office needs, troubleshoot photocopier, office equipment etc).

You need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or related field or, business experience of a management’s office at an executive level.
  • Ideally 3 plus years of experience in an international environment at an executive level.
  • Motivated self-starter, highly customer and service oriented.
  • High endurance combined with a proactive and flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, highly reliable with a precise and focused work style.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, flair for internal and external communication.
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy, demonstrated integrity and sense of organisational sensitivity.
  • Team Player.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent English and French and/or German (spoken and written), any other language is an asset
