We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic team. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Customer Service is at the heart of this business and so you must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • People management
  • HR administration
  • Customer service issue escalation
  • Customer Delight Program ambassador
  • Managing technical enquiries
  • Progressing paused and back orders
  • Liaising with other departments – Operations and Sales/Account management
  • Courier & Transport management
  • Product Quality Issues, tracking & reporting
  • Tracking & improving enquiry response times
  • Product training program
  • Quote follow up
  • CS Procedure compliance & maintenance
  • New starter onboarding
  • Ability to do the day job to cover sickness, holidays etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in customer service software and tools
  • Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism

Benefits

Salary- £40,000- £45,000

Bonus Scheme

Team Meal on a Friday lunch

Hours- 8am- 4.30pm Monday- Friday
