We are looking for a part-time office manager to support our growing team in San Mateo, California. In this role, you’ll be asked to be on-site 1-2 days per week to help provide various services to the team. Ideally you have some office management experience but are not currently seeking a full time role.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize events, such as offsites, hackathons and team building activities
- Secure event, conference and additional space
- Organize and maintain office
- Serve as primary contact point with building operations staff
- Support team travel (e.g. flights, hotels)
- Order office supplies, snacks and meals
- Other logistical duties that may be required
Requirements
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including familiarity with messaging (e.g. Telegram) and team platforms (e.g. Notion)
- Eagerness to tackle problems
