We are currently looking for a part-time Office Manager (20-25 hours) for our beautiful and modern office in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for both operational and administrative tasks and work closely with our Global Heads for Office Management.
In addition, as a Feel-Good Manager, you will ensure a warm and positive atmosphere in the office, plan and organize our company events and be a close contact for our General Manager on site.
What you will do :
- You create the basis for the organization and administration of our office and are responsible, among other things, for the purchase and budgeting of drinks, interior furnishings or landlords
- You organize the onboarding of new starters and are their first point of contact on site. You are also responsible for travel organization.
- The utilization of our office space is also your responsibility: keep an eye on the occupancy rate, plan according to our hiring plan and renew contracts if necessary.
- You keep an eye on the monthly budget
- Last but not least, as Feel-Good Manager you are of course the heart of our office. You not only ensure a good atmosphere in the team on a daily basis, but also take care of monthly events or annual celebrations
What you bring :
- A completed a commercial training or studies in the field of office management, business management, or an equivalent qualification.
- A first successful experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in modern office communication tools and Google / MS Office products
- Great flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations and challenges
- English and German at C1 level to communicate with your colleagues on a daily basis
- Strong ability to work independently as the OM will not be part of another team in Berlin
- Solution-oriented, responsible and a talent for organization and structured work
- You are used to work in multitasking mode

- Proficiency in analysis and discernment
- Comfortable asserting boundaries and saying no when necessary
- Strong teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Supportive communication, a team spirit, and friendliness

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
