What You’ll Do:

As our Office Manager, you’ll wear many hats, from coordinating Health & Safety to maintaining the operational continuity of our London Hub. You’ll be the backbone of our office, supporting the team, managing resources, and facilitating stakeholder interactions. Your role is crucial to our success and in shaping our internal dialogue.

Your Role Includes:

  • Office Lifecycle Management: Oversee everything from space utilization to regulatory compliance. This includes stock control, supply chain management, general office supervision, property and liability insurance, mail and delivery management, and reception duties.
  • Workplace Ambassador: Welcome customers, visitors, suppliers, and Nexthinkers from abroad. Be the go-to person for all office interactions.
  • Event Design & Facilitation: Create engaging and inspiring office events that weave global cultural understanding into local activities.
  • Sustainability Advocate: Implement eco-friendly practices and projects, reinforcing our commitment to ESG.
  • Health & Safety Coordination: Manage our Global Health & Safety program and ensure all physical security procedures are in line with global certifications.
  • Employee Journey Management: Be the main point of contact for employees, managing onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Work with the Global Workplace Manager on global initiatives to optimize our work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, hands-on mentality with a positive attitude.
  • A people person and team player.
  • Project management skills and experience in organizing events and meetings.
  • Ability to work as a liaison among various teams.
  • Sensitivity to social and environmental topics to support our ESG/DEIB agenda.
  • Fluency in English.
