What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in office management, and the ability to optimize internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the administrative activities of the office.
• Manage the office budget, including purchases and expense control.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and corporate travel.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage contracts and administrative documentation.
• Knowledge of managing invoices and bills.
• Experience in managing service providers such as internet providers and postal services, cleaning
• Oversee office maintenance and infrastructure.
• Support office relocations.
• Assist HR in administrative processes if needed
• Implement improvements in internal processes to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in similar administrative roles.
• Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of administrative management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
