About You:

Can you juggle overseeing offices, handling shipping logistics, and diving into basic accounting tasks? Picture yourself as the go-to person for all things related to our workplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the linchpin for the Boston office, immersing yourself in its daily operations five days a week.
  • Vendor Management Excellence: cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform basic repairs on building equipment, as well as assist with planning for the installation of new equipment and any necessary implementation of process.
  • Collaborating with building owners and management on budgeting for facility needs 
  • Ensure visitor access program procedures and policies are adhered to and modified IAW requirements
  • Office Duties: Manage the Boston office as a thriving hub, addressing day-to-day operational needs.
  • Optimize office spaces, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Shipping and Logistics Oversight: Handle shipping logistics, ensuring timely and secure delivery of materials and products.
  • Fundamental event management responsibilities.
  • Basic Accounting Contributions: Time Card management and Reimbursement submissions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in office management, preferable at a start-up.
  • You have a successful track record of supporting office management.
  • You’re able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude” – self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • US Person status is required as this position may need to access export controlled data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in airplane hangar maintenance is a plus.
