Bynder is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager Intern to elevate our Rotterdam workplace experience. You will provide support for an office/remote team of +/- 90 colleagues.
Office Operations and Administration Skills Development:
As an Office Manager Intern at Bynder, you’ll gain hands-on experience in office management and administrative support. You'll assist with daily tasks, such as managing office communications, handling mail and shipping, and ensuring smooth office operations. You’ll also develop your organizational skills by maintaining the office handbook and managing our shared drive, learning best practices for keeping a workplace efficient and organized.
Facilities Management Insight:
Dive into the world of facilities management by helping us keep our Rotterdam office welcoming and functional. You'll assist with managing office supplies and company materials, while also supporting purchase tracking and invoice management to get a grasp of financial administration. This experience will provide you with valuable insights into maintaining a productive and enjoyable workplace.
Event Planning and Coordination Experience:
Build your event planning and coordination skills by collaborating with our team to create memorable events that strengthen team bonds and showcase Bynder’s vibrant culture. From organizing in-office gatherings and team lunches to virtual events and company-wide activities, you’ll learn the logistics of event planning and develop strong project management skills along the way.
