As we scale and move into a new office space, we need a stellar Office Manager to help make our office a place where productivity meets comfort. If you’re someone who loves organizing, streamlining, and making sure everything runs like clockwork, we want you on our team!

Your Role

  • Administrative Excellence: Enhance and maintain efficient office operations and administrative systems.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Facilities Coordination: Act as the primary contact for office maintenance, mailing, and shipping needs. Ensure our workspace is well-kept and functional.
  • Technology Collaboration: Coordinate with the IT department to ensure all office technology meets company needs.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage contract negotiations with vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and enforcing office policies to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Document Management: Oversee the management and safekeeping of important corporate documents and ensure compliance with regulations.

This role requires a presence in the office two to three days a week to manage on-site responsibilities effectively. We offer flexibility to work from home on other days, balancing productivity and personal work style.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in office management, ideally within a tech or fintech environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace or Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
