We are looking for an ambitious Office Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. A self-starter who is looking to dive head-first into numerous tasks to help the team grow.
As Office Manager, you will work closely with every department. This position calls for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and analytical. The objective of this position is to assist and coordinate daily office operations as well as assist with AR/AP management.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: office upkeep, mail sorting, document organization, various ordering responsibilities, making deposits, AR and AP management, finding process improvements, and other office responsibilities as assigned.
