👋 About us

We’re on a mission to become a global data company that helps every organisation discover and work better with ambitious, high-growth companies.

🥖 The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to support our operations, based from our beautiful Brixton office 5 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in office management and business operations, where you'll learn to create and maintain an efficient, welcoming, and productive workspace for our team.

The key focus for your role is to create a thriving office environment, a place where people feel happy and comfortable, inspired to do their best work, and eager to stay and socialise when the working day is done.

This can involve lots of things but it includes:

💛 Understanding, embodying and championing our company culture in everything that you do

😊 Being a friendly face to all employees, knowing everyone by name and doing the small things to brighten their day

✨ Maintaining standards across the meeting rooms and common areas

💡 Implementing new ideas to make our office an even more inviting space to spend time in

🕺 Helping to plan and run office events and socials (this will entail sticking around after normal office hours a couple of times a month to run an event)

🍪 Monitoring and maintaining office and kitchen supplies (including getting creative with the snack cupboard and drinks fridge!)

🤝 Welcoming visitors and answering phones, ensuring a friendly front-of-house experience

👷 Coordinating with building management and maintenance contractors to keep everything operating effectively

🖥️ Trouble-shooting office tech

🦺 Maintaining health and safety standards

👥 Supporting the wider Operations team with administrative tasks and projects as needed

🫵 About you

Previous office-management experience is a bonus, but is not required. However, you will need to have:

  • Some practical organisational experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A professional and friendly demeanour

🕊️ Our offer

We offer a competitive starting salary of £30k. On top of this, you’ll also get:

🎓  Professional development: Ongoing training and development, and free books

🍰  A stake in the company: Substantial options scheme, so you can share in the growth that you help create

💻  The latest tech: We’ll provide you with all the tech you need to be productive (including a Mac!)

🌲  Health and wellness: Free counselling, wellbeing baskets, and healthy snacks

🎉  Events: Drinks every Friday,  company-wide parties and away days, plus regular team socials

🚄  Subsidised travel: Rail season ticket loan, free railcards, and a cycle to work scheme
