Office Manager (m/w/d)
part-time, based in Erlangen, Germany.
Job Responsibilities
- Reception of guests and customers in the entrance area
- Postal service (international dispatch of letters and parcels)
- Ordering office supplies, drinks, and snacks for the team
- Supporting the studio manager with administrative tasks
- Ensuring a tidy and professional office environment
Expected Qualifications
- Professional experience in a lively, public-oriented service company
- Resilience, organizational and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and team-work
- German at native speaker level, proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
