Your playing field:
- Provide top-notch support to the business, assisting the Team Lead in delivering a professional office management service.
- Manage business travel bookings and team travel according to our processes and procedures.
- Oversee calendars and diaries, including meeting management for the Chiefs and designated Directors.
- Organize all company meetings, liaising with external suppliers as necessary.
- Provide cover for the reception area as needed, embodying our one team culture.
- Assist with ad-hoc executive tasks or projects, such as event planning, based on business and departmental priorities.
Due to the nature of the role, a full-time on-site presence is required.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Language skills. English is the official language in our office, therefore fluency in English language skills is essential. However, as the #1 sports betting provider in Germany, German language skills are always nice to have.

Technical Skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Planner).

Education. A-level or higher level of education would be required for this role.

Stakeholder Management. You are an excellent communicator, who is comfortable with being challenged.

Self-driven. You are an eager and motivated professional who can identify potential needs and gaps combined with being an advocate for collaboration to get better results while also managing tight deadlines.
