Build an understanding of the local sub-market, assets, product and key stakeholders required for successful deal execution
Assist in sourcing for suitable commercial office locations for our clients and secure new landlord partners to expand the WORQ flexible office network.
To be a positive tenant representative and effectively align our value proposition between landlords and potential clients to achieve occupancy retention and growth.
Execute the leasing business plans and implement strategies to increase and maximize occupancy and revenue for the enterprise product.
Execute the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of clients, securing the tenancy, and finalizing the tenancy documents.
Partner with key internal stakeholders (Outlet Operations, Project, Marketing & Community, etc) to ensure a seamless sales, built-up, and onboarding process
Preparing tenancy management documentation and leasing reports as assigned.
Conduct market surveys to keep abreast of the latest trends and changes.
Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
Job Requirements :
Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business or an equivalent field of studies.
Min 3 years’ experience working in real estate, office industry or retail leasing
Demonstrates in-depth familiarity of office real estate market and commercial leases.
Demonstrates basic deal origination and closing experience.
Demonstrates consistent attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.
