The Office Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and efficiency of office facilities, including building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the repair, upkeep, and management of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Maintenance & Repairs:
Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage external vendors in order to make all building facility/system (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, …, etc.) operate smoothly.

Building Systems Management:
Oversee HVAC, lighting, and other building systems to ensure energy efficiency and comfort.

Office building Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety inspections. Maintain records for audits and certifications.

Project Management:
Manage office renovations, layout changes, and equipment upgrades. Oversee contractors and ensure project timelines are met.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with staff and manage janitorial services. Supervise junior facility personnel.

Inventory & Budget:
Maintain tools and supplies, and control maintenance costs within the allocated budget.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: at least 3 years in facility management or maintenance.
- Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and building automation. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and project management.
- Fluency in Dutch and English
