Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an Office Coordinator for our Sofia office - this role will put you in the centre of our daily office operations, ensuring that they operate smoothly and are successful in supporting our business activities. 

You will be responsible for onboarding our new employees, ensuring their smooth adjustment and also for benefits administration, events coordination, vendor relationships and H&S.

As an Office Coordinator  you will:
  • Be responsible for all reception duties, providing company information and directing calls
  • Be involved in the development and implementation of corporate events and conferences 
  • Support colleagues with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Support colleagues with courier and post arrangements
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support teams with various administrative tasks (preparing letters, presentations and reports etc)
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date 
  • Organise induction programmes for new employees

What you’ll bring:

  • High school or university diploma 
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working in administration roles
  • PC literate - good knowledge of Office
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills
  • Multitasking & able to coordinate different members
  • Great attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude and ability to get things done
  • Service and people oriented 
  • Fluency in Business English, both written & spoken
