Human Resources - On a daily basis, you will

  • In conjunction with HROps, maintain accurate records of local and foreign workers
  • Track and manage foreign workers' movement and ensure compliance with local laws, including medical leave, annual leave, home leave, and training courses
  • Work Permit management – application, renewal, and cancellation
  • Manage workers' related matters such as Security bonds, OFWAS, PCP, and compliance documents
  • Facilitate smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes for workers
  • Act as an onsite partner for HRBP’s to monitor performance and culture
  • Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on internal processes
  • Direct queries to the relevant personnel such as HR Business Partner, HR Staffing, or HROps
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Administrative Duties - On a daily basis, you will

  • Scan, file, and calendar as required
  • Collaborate with the purchase department to forecast inventory needs and supplies
  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors professionally
  • Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization
  • Stock and manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist in coordinating local company events, lunches, and activities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office operations
  • Manage booking of meeting rooms and Zoom ID requests
  • Handle Office administration requests; such as liaising with IT for general office IT issues
  • Assist in new hire onboarding such as preparing the workstation, printing of name cards, liaising with Site IT for computer & telephone set-up
  • Assist in coordinating, maintaining, and managing the office

The skills you demonstrate

  • Min diploma in any discipline. Degree/Diploma/Nitec Cert in Human Resource preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant and administrative position. Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Meticulous with details
  • Able to multi-task and be a self-starter 
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Knowledge of Google systems and software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to speak/communicate in the English language is strongly preferred

Job Details

  • Mondays – Fridays, 8.30 am – 6 pm (1hr lunch break)
  • Salary Range: 50'000 SGD - 60'000 SGD
  • Candidates who are available immediately will be an advantage
