In this role you will:
- Welcome Visitors and provide everyday assistance to your colleagues.
- Participate in the onboarding of new teammates, helping them settle in and feel at home.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure a supportive and effective work environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Handle day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support, making sure the office is organized, and running smoothly.
- Ensure the office is always stocked with necessities like coffee, snacks, and supplies to keep everyone fueled and equipped.
- Maintain excellent relationships with local and international vendors, keeping an eye on orders and deliveries.
- Process and reconcile monthly expenses through Jira to keep everything in financial harmony.
- Plan and organize company events, team parties, celebrations to enhance company culture.
- Organize both local and international business trips for our team, handling travel logistics and necessary arrangements.
- Tackle various ad-hoc projects with a can-do attitude and adapt to the dynamic needs of our company.
- Foster a positive and productive atmosphere in our Szczecin office, making it a great place to work and play.
