About The Role

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in the Charlotte office! This role will partner closely with our customer operations, facilities, and people operations teams and own the day to day administration of our fast paced office. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, can adapt quickly to change, and has a passion for detail and organization!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look of our CLT office including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparation
• Maintain the inventory of office supplies including stocking our kitchen and reordering groceries
• Support our facilities Director and serve as the local liaison to building management for maintenance concerns
• Assist in organizing and planning office and team events 
• Support our Customer Operations team by performing notarizations as needed 
• Receive mail and deliveries, scan and upload important documents and send mail to other offices in a timely matter
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed 

What We Look For

• High School Diploma or Associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in office administration or administrative assistance
• Current NC Notary commission preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Experience with Google Mail and Calendar, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience coordinating events a plus
• Ability to operate with flexibility and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the hourly rate is $20-$22 per hour with up to a 15% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
