Reporting to the Dean of Operations, the Office and Student Recruitment Assistant supports the school leadership team to provide a warm, welcoming and organized environment for current and prospective students. As the first person that people see when they arrive, this person is the face of the school and delivers first-class customer service to families, students, and other visitors.
This person will also assist the school site operations team on key outreach and engagement activities, such as: providing in-person tours of the campus, answering questions over the phone and via email from prospective students and families, and helping develop marketing materials and social media content.
The ideal candidate believes deeply in our schools, is kind yet persistent, takes initiative, meets deadlines and isn’t afraid to strike up a conversation with someone they just met.
This is a temporary part-time non exempt role.
