Office Administrator

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm

Location: Horley, RH6 9GA



What can you expect?



Offering support with scheduling and administrative duties to support our wider team. Working within a supportive team that offers a great company culture, with our values embedded in our 2025 strategy.



Main duties include:

  • Scheduling of works for field based colleagues
  • Booking in jobs with customers via phone and email communication
  • Provide admin support and communicating effectively for our field based team
  • Loading purchase orders onto systems
  • Raising log books
  • Answering phones, taking messages and handling general enquiries from clients

Requirements

What do I need?

  • Previous administration / scheduling experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Working well within a team and taking responsilbilty for own workload
  • Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values : company values : Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity
