Qualifications
- Graduate (BA, BSc, B.com) or higher
- Can speak English fluently
- Can work with computers (Basic MS Office applications)
- Full time committment. Fixed Salary.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities that are expected to be performed by the office administrator are the following:
- screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
- carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- carrying out specific projects and research;
- responsibility for accounts and budgets;
- taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management;
- being involved in some decision-making processes
