We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, insuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communications and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of day – to – day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers based on established office policies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee financial administration related to office operations, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and visitors.
- Maintain excellent communication across departments.
- Ensure a well-maintained office environment, including cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Organize and lead office events, conferences, and regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to foster team collaboration and engagement.
- Supervise ana manage the office operations team, ensuring efficient task delegation, performance monitoring and support.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to office operations
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, both written and spoken.

Education and Academic Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably holds one of the following certificates: (COM, FMP)
