Security Innovation - Office Admin (PART TIME)
This role would require 20 hours per week as well as visits to our physical office in Seattle 3 times a week.


Security Innovation is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator for their Seattle location. Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, a friendly demeanor with a “can-do” attitude.

This role would require 15-20 hours per week in the office supporting our Engineering Team (10-20 employees), preferably in 3 days per week from 9am-3pm with some flexibility. Our Office Administrator would be reporting to our HR Operations Specialist. 





Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for Engineering Team
  • Assist with onboarding/welcoming new hires reporting to Seattle location
  • Assist with off-boarding employees, collection of assets
  • Order and restock office supplies
  • Keep kitchen stocked with beverages and snacks
  • Facilitate office lunch, events, activities
  • Manage office mailings (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Maintain relationship with building management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience working as an Office Administrator or similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects 
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Comfortable using Apps & online vendors to fulfill orders
  • Google Workspace Experience is a plus
