Responsibilities
- Develop and implement general admin work plans in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- Responsible for the procurement of equipment and consumables.
- Manage company property, fixed assets, office equipment, etc.
- Oversee various maintenance/repair projects, including outsourcing, inquiries for new equipment, negotiations, contract signing, and project supervision.
- Support tasks with other departments, e.g. sales, marketing.
- Coordinate business activities, e.g. charity, ESG, social club.
- Follow Corp.'s policy to proceed with the procurement.
- Helped and assist other depts to complete procurement.
- Managed the relationship with external vendors.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and possess a sense of service
- Willing to follow and cooperate with the trivial administrative procedures
- Welfare committee or event management experience preferred
