ESTECO North America is seeking an Office Administrator to work out of our Novi, Michigan office.
This role will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting with accounting tasks, supporting business operations, and assisting management in human resources.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, communicative, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining office supplies
Managing IT hardware and software contracts
Supporting CPA and company management with accounting tasks
Invoice and receivables management
Employee onboarding/offboarding management
Employee benefit and leave administration
Immigration support and liasoning with lawyers
Coordinating marketing events and conferences
