Office Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, front office management, to ensure high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective document management system (registration, distribution, archiving), including e-signature system (eSygnature) administration 
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, couriers) 
  • Greet visitors and manage the company's general email inbox and phone line 
  • Assist management with internal communication and coordination activities 
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes during monthly management meetings 
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues and executives as needed 
  • Store department documents and ensure timely transfer to the archive 
  • Manage office supplies and facility orders, and coordinate distribution to departments 
  • Maintain front desk, meeting rooms, conference areas, and other shared office spaces 
  • Arrange business travel, including bookings for transport, accommodation, and logistics 
  • Support the organization of internal office events and team gatherings 
  • Act as a liaison with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, courier services) 

Requirements

  • University degree - advantage
  • 2 years of successful work experience as an office administrator
  • Document preparation and management skills
  • Document preparation and archiving legislation knowledge
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactivity, ownership and strong organizational skills

Salary ranges 1440-1800 eur/gross/month
