Offboarding Stock Support - Internal Only

Do you have excellent attention to detail and experience in stock control? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us at Huboo as Off Boarding Stock Support! Within this role you will be responsible for supporting with the off boarding process and stock investigations.

Key responsibilities for our Offboarding Stock Support:

• Stock counting.
• Working with stock expiry dates (Batch Control)
• Cycle counting.
• Manual counting.
• Investigating stock variances.
• Interrogation of stock systems.
• Generating reports and making recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Objective auditing of the operations stock management.
• Picking and packing stock to be returned to clients.
• Managing and generating manifests.

Requirements

What we look for in our Off Boarding Stock Support Colleague:

• Experience in stock control, stock management.
• Experience in working with Batch Control.
• Forklift license. (Desired but not required)
• Experience in perpetual inventory would be a real bonus although we will train you up if not.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new stock processes and work accurately in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Publisher software packages.
• Have strong reading, writing and communication skills.
• Confidence to get a point across in a respectful manner.
• Committed to continuous growth and learning.
• You understand that every challenge is an opportunity.
• Ensure privacy and security practices are always followed.
• Full driving license and access to transport.
