If you join us, you will become a part of friendly and high performing operations team which is responsible for A-Z handling of Sea cargo Export shipments while providing excellent customer service.

What you´ll be doing?
- Communicate with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting. Dealing with different situation will however challenge your assertiveness, ability to think outside of the box and solve problems.
- Interact with business partners. You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, shipping companies and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
- Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.
- Handling FCL & LCL Ocean Export shipments A-Z, work with overseas offices to ensure timely submission of all shipping documentation, track and update customers in a timely manner and ensure effective costing in quotation across each shipment before billing customers in a timely manner.

What you´ll need?
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- High competency in handling Sea cargo export shipments
- Cargowise knowledge.
