- Accurately establish and maintain scheduling agreements and purchase orders for customers.
- Regularly update and verify EDI data to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer portals for seamless information flow.
- Manage new projects, implement changes, and ensure customer alignment.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of the invoicing process.
- Manage contradictions, escalations, shortages, and customer claims effectively.
- Conduct thorough stock availability checks to meet customer demands.
- Perform capacity checks, including agreed, current, and demanded capacities.
- Monitor supply chain metrics such as customer backlog, sudden demand increases, order book analysis, and reporting on obsolete items.
- Oversee customer claim management processes.
- Manage and execute processes for obsolete items and end-of-product (EOP) lifecycle.
