  • Outbound deliveries creation using SAP.
  • Accurately establish and maintain scheduling agreements and purchase orders for customers.
  • Regularly update and verify EDI data to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer portals for seamless information flow.
  • Manage new projects, implement changes, and ensure customer alignment.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers.
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of the invoicing process.
  • Manage contradictions, escalations, shortages, and customer claims effectively.
  • Conduct thorough stock availability checks to meet customer demands.
  • Perform capacity checks, including agreed, current, and demanded capacities.
  • Monitor supply chain metrics such as customer backlog, sudden demand increases, order book analysis, and reporting on obsolete items.
  • Oversee customer claim management processes.
  • Manage and execute processes for obsolete items and end-of-product (EOP) lifecycle.
  • University degree
