Be a member of the “Product Ownership Team (POT)” to drive development roadmap from an operations point of view together with Product Management and Technology department
Take ownership of all operational aspects along our product development stage gate process and ensure on-time availability for all deliverables
Be responsible for all activities touching Operations to support product roadmap and act as the gatekeeper between all functions within Operations and the POT
Collect information and improvement potentials and actively influence product development roadmap
Ensure an efficient, timely and successful product launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams
At least 5-8 year experience in Project Management in operations (production, procurement, supply chain)
Strong analytical skills combined with conceptual thinking and ideally a technical background
Open-minded and target oriented, strong problem-solving skills
Team player, good networker with strong customer orientation
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to travel up to 25%
Master’s degree in operations/ machinery/business administration/ Engineering or equivalent educational level
PMI certification for Project Management capabilities or equivalent
