NPI & EOL Coordinator

Job Mission of the Position:

Within the Operations & Supply Chain department and interaction with the Business Line Window Fashion, you work on several product ranges and simultaneously participate in several projects, related to innovation, product modifications, productivity, …

You also pilot the new launches execution and products discontinuation in association with different teams (marketing, logistics, subsidiaries, R&D, factory, purchasing).

You locally report to the Supply Chain Manager and functionally to the Business Line Supply Chain Lead.

Job Scope of the Position:

• As the supply chain reference of the project team, you have to ensure that the project is carried out according to the internal process (project milestones, phase review list, ...). You will support the coordination of the supply chain team (logistics, manufacturing, purchasing) and ensure that actions are implemented correctly within the specified deadlines. You’re accountable to identify, assess, and manage risks and to find the appropriate solutions.
• You make a logistics plan based to answer the business needs. Considering the project issues, you determine the required development (means, processes, etc.), record the scenarios, and develop the support needed for decision-making.
• You are actively involved in the product line management (tracking reference creation and cancellation) and as well as active in the inventory / scrap cost optimization.
• You analyze and consolidate the main trends of product launches and propose changes of process and method.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement which will support the business growth.
• You participate to the needed lesson learnt for the different projects so to implement improvements and corrective actions.

You contribute to or manage transversal topics linked to NPI/EOL activity (update of component consumption scenario, update ramp-up/ramp-down scenario, …)

1. You’re highly educated in supply chain / project management, you have various experiences in projects management and have a good understanding of supply chain processes. ERP experience will be a real advantage.

2. You show strong initiative and work in autonomy in your daily work. You’re able to quickly organize and prioritize your work according to the business needs.

3. You are Advanced in communication and active listening. You know how to identify, understand, and clarify the needs of the stakeholders and challenge them. You like to work as a project team member in an international environment. It's easy for you to build sustainable & professional connections.

4．You can interact and influence at all levels of the company and through several functions. You are agile and capable to develop in a complex & matrix-based environment.

5. You’re used to interact in your daily activity with an international team based on multiple locations.

6. Your English level (C1 / C2) enables you to contribute to interdisciplinary projects within international teams.
