Your Role
As a Content Moderator, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining a safe and engaging platform for users. Your main tasks will include:
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and platform policies.
- Helping maintain high standards for online community safety and security.
- Improving content moderation processes and ensuring efficient content management strategies.
- Working closely with internal teams to promptly manage and resolve policy violations.
- Achieving and exceeding quality, compliance, and productivity benchmarks.
Requirements
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should have:
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian (C2) or fluent Norwegian skills.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- The ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A desire to learn, investigate, and take on challenges proactively.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Availability to work on-site in Thessaloniki and in rotating shifts.
