- Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues.

- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Engage in continuous training and development to build knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is required.
- Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-focused environment.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse customer base.
- EU passport is required for application.
