Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users via various communication channels.
- Assist clients with technical queries, inquiries, and feedback concerning online educational products.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to the growth and improvement of our services.
- Collaborate closely with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
- Engage in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian etc.) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong interest in online education and technology.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach to customer service.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
